Biswajit Mitra, a follower of Swami Vivekananda’s ideology, is the key philanthropist of the organization. Biswajit worked in Tata Consultancy Services for 16 years. His IT endeavour came to an end in 2010, when he retired from Tech Mahindra as Global Head, Business Intelligence Group. He then founded “Abheda Foundation” in 2012 with a mission to changing the education process in rural India. He believes that only true education can and will remove inequalities in society, effecting ‘Abheda’.

An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur (B Tech and PhD), Surojit, Abheda's visionary person and a visiting faculty at IIT Kharagpur, worked as Chief of Operations of a manufacturing setup for 5 yrs in the field of industrial research and operations, followed by IT program management, global delivery engagement for SAP and other IT related projects in PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM India. He has about 15 yrs of Industrial experience and 18 years’ experience in Information Technology.

Naresh works as a Wealth Manager at a leading bank in India. Once an entrepreneur he co-founded www.little1.in, an award-wining initiative on “baby book”. The "baby book" allows parents to preserve and share images and documents related to a child's growing-up years online. Naresh, a holder of an MBA degree, has 12 years of experience in the Banking industry and 3 years as an entrepreneur. At Abheda Foundation, he contributes to administrative and financial work.

Sudip is a senior Information Technology Architect with IBM. Having worked in Tech Mahindra for 4 years, Sudip is now a business intelligence architect apart from having teaching experience earlier in the field of software. Having an overall experience of 17 years, Sudip aspires to contribute to Abheda by conceptualizing and developing digital contents and social media platform. He holds an engineering degree in Computer Science.

Pushan is a senior Information Technology Architect at IBM having 17 years of IT experience behind. He also leads some organization initiatives for new business and technology. Within and outside the organization, Pushan strives towards causes which converge to improve quality of life around. Partha, an excellent man-manager, is acting as CEO of Zabingo Softwares, a company that specialises in web and games software development. Having been engaged with Abheda since 2015 as a software development partner, he also plays the role of treasurer at Abheda presently. Being a part of the software ecosystem for 10 years, he would also like to contribute to Abheda's system planning and development of new modules.
